Important information and FAQs
What are the teepee sizes?
Please ensure you have sufficient room for your teepees to be set-up! Unfortunately, for insurance reasons, we are unable to move furniture on your behalf.
Each teepee is 110cmH x 120cmW x 230cmL when built, with accessories
Each Wigwam teepee is 140cmH x 120cmW x 230cmL when built, with accessories
Are the teepees safe?
We take our customers' and children's safety very seriously. All our teepees are CE certified, built to an extremely high standard and are very robust; afterall, they are designed to be played with!
Is the equipment cleaned?
Yes, following the governments Covid guidelines, after each party everything is washed and steam cleaned.
What if something gets broken?
We realise that children's parties can be messy affairs and that therefore sometimes things will get damaged. In this event, we are realistic and will work with you fairly to find a solution, whether that be a repair, replacement or just a good clean!
