We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data.

We ask for your name, telephone number, email address, address and event details for your booking.

Due to the nature of our business, the ages and number of children who will be attending will be requested.

In order to create a special day for them, we will also ask for the names and age of the birthday boy or girl, but we will never require any further identifiable information.

If optional extras require personalisation we may ask for names of other children attending the party.

We collect this data either in person, over email or via message.

This information is then stored on our secure system protected by passwords, anti-virus and anti-spyware.

We will not share this data with anyone other than those directly involved in your event, for instance in the case of a 3rd party supplier helping deliver an element of the party. Only the necessary information will be supplied to them.

We will never share or sell your information.

We will ask if you would like to sign up to our newsletters or marketing emails.

At any time now or in the future you can request a copy of the data we hold relating to you.

If you would like us to delete all the information we have for you on file, you are legally entitled to.

We will store your information for seven years for tax purposes and aim for it to be deleted after that.
